Golomt Bank’s Head office has been awarded the LEED O+M (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design – Operations and Maintenance) “GOLD” certification by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC), recognizing its sustainable and environmentally responsible building operations.

This prestigious certification is granted to buildings that meet high standards in energy efficiency, water conservation, air quality, sustainable management practices, and the implementation of advanced green technologies. Golomt Bank’s head office has been registered as the third LEED-certified building in Mongolia.

Golomt Bank has established and adheres to “Sustainable and Green Operations Standard”, integrating green procurement, cleaning, and maintenance standards across its operations. Additionally, the bank has implemented LED lighting in its offices, uses water-efficient filters, and promotes waste segregation and recycling. Recyclable waste is collected and delivered to the recycling centers, contributing to more sustainable environment.

The bank remains committed to leading the way in green development and responsible operations by introducing pioneering initiatives in Mongolia’s green transition.
