Over 300 students successfully participated in the Workplace-Based Learning Program

Since 2022, Golomt Bank has been implementing the Workplace-Based Learning Program, funded by the European Union, within the framework of the project “Introducing Workplace-Based Learning Programs into the Higher Education System to Enhance Graduate Employment”.

Within the framework of this initiative, Golomt Bank has established partnerships with seven accredited higher education institutions in Mongolia – Universiy of Finance and Economics, Otgontenger University, Mandakh University, Mongolian University of Life Sciences, University of Humanities and the Dornod Branch of the National University of Mongolia. To date, more than 300 students have successfully participated in the program and gained employment opportunities through Golomt Bank. The program enables university students to apply their academic knowledge in practice while working at Golomt Bank. A key advantage is that participants receive equal salaries, benefits, and entitlements as the Bank’s full-time employees.
