Golomt Bank has successfully implemented the project to introduce international standards in our customer service and has received the official certifications for the Quality Management System ISO 9001:2015 standard from AFNOR Group in the Republic of France and the Service Excellence ISO 23592:2021 standard from the “MonCert” LLC.
By integrating the ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 23592:2021 standards, we are further strengthening the trust of our customers, continuously improving the quality of our contact services and complaint management system, and deliver products and services that exceed customers’ expectations. In the future, we aim to bring Golomt Bank’s customer service to international standards.
The project was implemented in collaboration with the consulting service “International Standards Academy” and 25 employees of the Golomt Bank certified “Integrated Management System Internal Auditors”.
