Golomt Bank, small and medium-sized business supporter, implemented the “Mentorship-2023” program and announced the best participants. This year, Chingunbat LLC, Top Step LLC, Soyombot Orgil LLC, Abigail LLC, Eeltei Yertunts NGO, and Edem LLC were selected in the program by their business vision, organizational activities, and management from more than 100 organizations submitted applications.
Today, Golomt Bank and “Motivation Connectivity” LLC, co-organizer and the selected organizations signed the contract and the cooperation within the program begins officially. The memorandum of cooperation was signed by A.Ganchimeg, Director of SME Banking Division of Golomt Bank, E.Bolor-Erdene, Director of Motivation connectivity LLC, and executives of the participants.
Within the framework of the “Mentorship-2023” program, executives of Golomt Bank and Mongolian mega companies will share their experience and knowledge with participants in the program and Golomt bank will provide financial supports to them. Also, the consulting service specialists of the Motivation connectivity LLC will conduct various trainings aimed at improving the strategic management of organization results.
