Mr. Norihiko Kato graduated from the University of Tokyo in 1981 and UCLA-Anderson University in 1988. Mr. Kato has over 30 years of broad experience in the banking industry.

He started his career at the Bank of Tokyo (now MUFG), and worked in Tokyo, New York, Amsterdam and Bahrain at all management levels of corporate banking, human resources and corporate planning.
