Golomt Bank has announced the “Young Banker – 2021” program for a year, which aims to train the best bankers in the future. The selection of the program will take place from September 13 – September 24, 2021 for two weeks. This opportunity will be given to 20 young adults, who want to become skilled and qualified bank employees in their future.
If you have a degree in Banking and finance, Economics, Accounting, and Business Administration with a GPA of 3.0 and higher from the top universities in Mongolia or abroad, you have passed the first criterion of the program. Another criterion is to be persistent, responsible, and willing to challenge yourself and learn in the banking sector.
By participating in the “Young Banker – 2021” program, you can get an internship in the basic and strategic positions of the bank, participate in many training programs to develop professional and personal skills, work with professional mentors and become a trained young banker. We are pleased to announce that the selected young adults will be provided with stable jobs in the strategic positions of the bank.
