Loan term Up to 36 months Maximum loan amount Not to exceed the total amount of 36 months pension /It depends on debt-to-income ratio/ Interest rate /annual/ 1-6 months – 15.60% 7-36 months – 16.20%
Effective percentage rate /annual/ 15.60%-16.20% TOH 50% / The loanee’s total monthly pension loan installment shall be compared to their pension income/ Fees and commissions None - To be registered at Health and Social Insurance General office as pensioner;
- To be able to sign the contract physically
- Have no overdue or non-performing outstanding loan amount
- Must have received 1 month’s pension through the Golomt Bank pension current account
- ID card
- Request form /with photo/
